Regional Stream Competitive - Class Times for 2019
Wednesday - JO2 to JO4 Conditioning - 7:15pm - 8:30pm
Wednesday - JO1 Conditioning - Drop In - 7:15pm - 8:30pm
Saturdays - Pre/Beginner / JO1 - 11:00am - 12:30pm
Saturdays - JO2 - 12:30pm - 2:00pm
JO3 / JO4 - 2:00pm - 3:30pm
Competitive Boys - Saturdays - 10:00am - 11:00am
Our competitive progr​am offers comprehensive training and currently consists of a team of 46 gymnasts that are split between beginner, intermediate, advanced and pre-provincial levels.
In the Regional Stream our gymnasts compete against other clubs in the province. The JO1 level is an entry level for competitive and in Regional our gymnasts can move up to JO2, JO3, JO4 Optional level.

Our competitive program is by invitation only as gymnasts must be assessed by their skill level. All levels of our recreational program are aimed at preparing the gymnasts for competitive if they wish to enter that program and we are constantly monitoring for improvement.
Our pre-competitive program offers instruction for girls ages 5 and older who have progressed through the required curriculum and are preparing for future placement on our competitive gymnastics team.
