Recreational Gymnastics - Class Times for 2019

Recreational Gymnastics is a great way for kids to stay active and have fun. While in the program children learn the basics of gymnastics and begin to strengthen their muscles.

  
Our Classes
Parent and Tot                      9:15am - 10:00am - Saturdays
 Ages 2-3                              

Parent & Tots is for children to start to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics in a structured environment.  This is a great time for you and your toddler to explore our gym and run, jump, roll, bounce, and swing. This group also provides an opportunity for your young one to get acquainted with other children in a safe social setting.

Kindergym                            6:30pm - 7:15 pm - Wednesdays
Ages 3+ - 5+                              

Kindergym is a class where your child begins to learn skills and concepts such as how to land properly and taking turns.  Our young gymnasts learn basic body positions, jumps, and basic gymnastics skills. This class will help your young gymnast by teaching them confidence, strength and coordination with the introductory gymnastic skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.

Rec 1 Boys                            10:00am - 11:00am - Saturdays

​Age 5+

This class continues to focus on building a strong skill base by combining strength, quickness, and agility.  This also gives our gymnasts the opportunity to learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, fair play, dedication and other key athletic  lessons. 

2010 - present

Rec 1 Girls                            6:45pm - 7:45pm - Fridays

​Age 5+

This class continues to focus on the fundamental concepts and development of gymnastics training while also preparing for future gymnastics advancement using basic gymnastics skills and progressions. Strength training and flexibility are incorporated into each class. Skills are taught in a progressive manner to ensure safety and success.

2010 - present

Rec 2 Girls                            7:45 pm- 9:15pm - Fridays

​Age 7+

This class is a higher level more intense program in which participants strive to increase proficiencies on vault, bars, beam, and floor by developing skills and working a harder skill set.  This is for more advance gymnasts.
